ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME 

No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, there's a spot waiting for you at Level Up. 

LEVEL 1: FUEL UP 

We recommend that you hydrate with plenty of water and a light snack. 

LEVEL 2: SIGN IN 
Before your first class, you need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent in person. Download the Fitli app from the Apple Store or use the web browser on Android devices to create an account. You’ll be able to view/book all of our available classes.  

LEVEL 3: PREP 

Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your class, so we can give you a tour of the studio and introduce you to your instructor. If you are taking Cycle for the first time, take a look at our Videos Tab for a handy Bike Setup tutorial. 

LEVEL 4: LEVEL UP 

Our team will help to collect the appropriate equipment for class or adjust your bike. Water-check! Towel-check! You’re ready! 

LEVEL 5: GET MOVING 

Follow your Instructor’s lead. We never judge and offer multiple movement options.
